Info packet for planning session

Hi :) We just got our initial email from Marion today with the 3 attachments we need to fill out and send her before we have our planning session in January. My head is spinning out of control!!!!!!! :thumbsup2

Anyway, what are we supposed to do if we aren't going to be able to answer some of the things that early? Some of the questions such as how many kids will be there, who sits at which table, what cake flavor, special additions to your tables and pre-reception are things we won't know that far in advance or without seeing the prices for them. Do we just leave it blank or what? Thanks!!!! :) :)

How did you get your planning information without signing a contract? Are you having an inpark ceremony? Just curious, my date is 2 weeks before yours and I have not received anything.

Fill out what you can , my EM went over everything and we made changes from there. I just kept what I didn't know blank.

Tink218: I got my planning packet very late, some brides in June & July past my date already had done their planning session. It depends on your EM, their schedule, and DFTW's schedule. Don't get worried they will get to yours!

We did finalize our contract already because our reception is in a location which can be booked 12 months out. It looks like your 8 month mark will be here soon!! :goodvibes
