Just an FYI ... Delta ticket prices down

This probably wont last long but I just looked at the price of my tickets and they were down $100.00 from yesterday. Just wanted to let everyone know if you are looking. Mine are out of Minneapolis to Orlando for Next May.

I have been watching Delta for a few weeks on a couple of flights out of Louisville to Orlando, and they have actually gone up!! I guess it just depends on where you are flying:(

Yes, airfares are completely dependent on the travel dates/times and cities. One person getting a great rate means absolutely nothing to anyone with a different itinerary.

It really is dependent on where you fly from. Last May, I had to arrange a trip for (17) of us to MCO. For us to fly on Delta out of Wichita, it was $480 RT each. I then checked out of Kansas City and it was $210 RT each. A savings of almost $4,600!!
If you have any other airports within a two or three hour drive from your normal airport, check them out. It may be significantly cheaper.

When we booked our flight on Delta in August, almost all of the plane was filled. Just checked it the other day, and now half the plane is empty. I was able to move our seats to a better location, if we still wind up going! Also, the price had dropped back to the fare we originally purchased it at, down almost $30.
