Hold mah! Dance exams!

The dreaded dance exams. :lmao:
My friends Madison (pointe, jazz, ballet) and Nicole (ballet, jazz) and I (jazz, hula, started ballet) all take some dance classes and yippee.. we all have exams. Madison just left for hers, Nicoles is tomorrow and mine is sometime next week. We're not at the same studios though.. :guilty:

I'm all sore from gym this morning, and I think I'm getting strep throat.
I took some aspirin and felt better after it. I'll take some before I leave at about 7. I have hula for about an hour and a half, and then right after I have jazz until about 9:30. I think I'll survive.. but I can't really skip an exam class.

I'll live. ;)

The teachers basically see where you are, how you are doing, and sometimes if you need to move to another class/level if you can. I've been doing dance for the past few years so I'm not sure if there is an age for an exam class..

ANYWAYS.. It was pretty good. My teacher let me out of jazz because she heard my throat was sore, then went on making jokes of how it will ruin my broadway vocals. ;) I had hula at about 7-8:30, then from until 9:15 I have jazz which I have twice a week.

oh! at my studio we just dance a lot in small groups, and each time the teacher focuses on a different person............. but i suppose it's not really an exam......................
