I really don't think there are any truly healthy prepackaged "quick" foods. Yes there are some better than others, but most of the time they're either high in fat and/or sodium. I personally stick with fresh produce, low fat cheeses, and unsalted nuts. Can you tell I'm low-carbing it? But I think in a pinch the Healthy choice, lean cuisines, and WW meals can work. But I wouldn't recommend it too often. Maybe you can make your own meals and freeze them: Homemade soup (you control the sodium), vegetable/pasta dishes, etc. When you make your regular dinners just make extra and freeze in individual containers. Sorry probably not to helpful.

wholewheat pasta with homemade tomato sauce (which is quick if you make a big batch and freeze it to use when needed, and a sprinkle of cheese on top, i sometimes add a bit of tuna, or a ratatouie basicly sliced courgette (i think you guys call this zucinni?)chopped onions a tin of chopped tomatos dash of fresh lemon, worcester sauce and seasoning to your own taste all fried with low fat frying spray, this is good for weight loss too as it really fills you up and has little to no fat.
happy healthy cooking

Morningstar Farms Veggie Burgers (there are several varieties) are quick and easy to bake from frozen. I also love Omega salmon burgers (from Costco or Trader Joe's). You pan "fry" them from frozen with non-fat spray and they are ready in about 6 minutes. I also keep a huge tub of spinach in the fridge (well, not lately of course!) and frozen chicken strips that can be thawed overnight or in the microwave. I also cut up seedless cucumbers, red peppers and other veggies and keep them in tupperware so I can grab them whenever I need a healthy, crunchy snack.

My favorite lunch lately is the multigrain Wasa crispbread with hummus and tabouli. It's healthy and pretty low cal.
Frozen waffles with cottage cheese and pineapple is good once in a while. I do buy the Weight watchers frozen entrees once in a while, and they are pretty good, but I'm sure they're high sodium.
