About 3 weeks ago I changed my original booking at VB (May 15th to May 29th) so that we could spend the first 8 days at OKW (May 15th to May 22nd) followed by 6 days at VB (May 23rd to May 29th).
Yesterday I recieved a confirmation letter from MS for the VB part of the holiday but nothing about OKW. My question is are these bookings regarded as seperate and can I expect a separate confirmation letter, or would two bookings normally come on the same letter (this is our first time booking)
I would like to avoid phoning MS if I can as we are in the UK and the calls can get quite expensive.

Why don't you email MS to confirm your reservation and make sure everything is OK? Hope everything works out and that you have a great trip.

The reservations are definitely separate transactions (will have different confirmation numbers) and will be sent in separate mailings. If the OKW ressie doesn't arrive in the near future, Doctor P's suggestion of an email to confirm is a great solution.
