Help with resort choice

Hey guys,
We are planning a trip in January. I just don't know which resort to choose. My home resort is OKW and I love it, I'm just wondering if a change would be good. I know I am not interested in BCV. I would like WLV but I have stayed in the actual resort and was not impressed with transportation. Any suggestions. Give me pros and cons. I guess I need reasurance to use extra points at other resorts since I love OKW. But maybe a change would be nice.

If you are talking about this coming January, you might be limited to what is available in the unit size you are looking for. I know lots of folks were having difficulty getting anything early in January awhile back.

I agree I know a lot of weeks in Jan are booked. As for the BCV I just back from there & we loved it. I always stayed at the Poly, before becoming a DVC member. I thought it was going to kill me not to stay there, but after this past trip I was really glad we tried something else. We even went to look around at SSR & OKW. We are staying at OKW in Dec, & I am really looking forward to that. We stayed at the BWV for one night, & it was beautiful too. I really liked being so close to Epcot from BCV & the BWV. I like to stay where it is easy to get to multiple restaurants. It was so nice to walk to the BW bakery in the morning for breakfast.

I'm sure you'll enjoy SSR. You can always waitlist for OKW and there's a decent chance that could come through for you.
