My son has been pestering me to let him post a thread here for weeks, so he told me what to type, and I typed it! He picked which smiley too. Heres what he wants everyone to know in his own words!:

I like Aerosmith roller coaster, but I do not like the takeoff too good. :rockband:
My cousin rode misson Space and his dad had to use the barf bag. :lmao:
I rode Dinosaur for the first time and I really liked it! :)
One time we recorded our Disney trip and when we got back home :moped: there was a flood across the street.
I rode Maelstrom and it was really fun! :)
I do not enjoy the ride to Disney World so much because it is very long. :scared1: :hourglass
I really like to go to disney World! :cool1: :thumbsup2
We ate at Pecos Bills and I really liked it. :teeth:
When you ride Soarin there is a hidden Mickey in the fireworks. :mickeyjum

He's off to bed, but he will want to know exactly what everyone replys, so I'll read him the comments tomorrow. He wont let me rest till I do!!! :lmao:

Well I am glad you had such a wonderful time and thanks for telling me about the hidden Mickeys.

Your trip reort was well done and you are better then I am about the smilies I do not know even how to put them in my messages.

I have just recently learned how to put them in my sinature.

I will have to check out the Areosmith ride in Feb. I have yet to get on it. My little daughter does not like the rides at all. I am going to get my husband her Dad to watch her and try it out. I hope I will like it?

Have a great day . Deb

 Tell him I agree with him - I do not like the ride to WDW either, it's way too long- and I only live an hour away! But I'm always so excited to go that it seems to take forever! :goodvibes

:moped: :drive: :car:

He's right...the ride is waaaaay too long, even if I'm taking a plane :teeth: !

I love to find Hidden Mickeys too. Do you have the Hidden Mickey book?

Our family likes Pecos Bill's too, especially the toppings/fixings bar. We used to really like Cosmic Rays, but for some reason Pecos Bill's burgers taste better :goodvibes .

I was the one in our family who got sick on Mission:Space, I will never ride it again.

Thank you for posting,
agnes!

Hi! My favorite place to eat in the Magic Kingdom is Pecos Bills too!! :cool1: It's real close to the pirate: 's. I found out that the restaurant has the best toppins bar by reading the posts on the Dis board. You can really learn a lot here!! :teeth:

My favorite part of Rock N Roller coaster is the take off! I love the feeling of zooming off! :woohoo: One time we got "backdoored" on RnRC. It means that someone let us ride again without having to get out of our seats. It was incredible.

Hello! Just wanted to say that we love Pecos Bill's also! I can remember eating there as a kid, and now we take our little girl! I especially like it if we can get a table along the street so we can watch all the people walking by and think about what we're going to do next. (Are we heading toward the Haunted Mansion or back toward Pirates of the Caribbean? Or do we still need to do Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad?)

It seems like you're a kid who really loves Disney World, and I think that's very cool! :thumbsup2

Oh, and here's some pixie dust for you... you never know when you're going to need it! pixiedust:

I enjoyed your trip report too. :) :sunny: :thumbsup2
I have not gone on the Aerosmith roller coaster because I am scared to go upside down. :upsidedow
I have not gone on Mission Space because I'm afraid I would have to
use the barf bag.
I rode Dinosaur many times and I really liked it! :thumbsup2 But, it is very bumpy :jumping1:
I like Maelstrom too. When we rode it the first time when it first opened, it seemed like it WOULD go over the falls. :worried:  They changed it and it does not go so close to the falls now.
I also do not enjoy the ride to Disney World so much because it is very long. :bored: :tiptoe:
I also really like to go to disney World! :yay: :yay: :mickeyjum
I have heard about the hidden Mickey in the fireworks in Soarin, but I keep forgetting to look for it. Thank you for reminding me. pixiedust:

That's a great note!

The takeoff on RnRC is actually my favorite part - I wish the whole coaster was that way! :tilt: Of course then they might have to put barf bags on it. :crazy2:

One time we ate at Pecos Bills and I ordered and brought the food to the table while my husband sat down with the kids. We picked a table that happened to be far away from where the orders are taken - it is a big restaurant! He ordered BBQ and I got back to the table with our order and sat down and we started eating and his was just a bun! Nothing between! :lmao: We thought that was pretty funny. He had to walk with his bun back to the counter and ask if they wouldn't mind putting some BBQ on it for him. ;) It is still one of our favorite places to eat.

Thanks for the trip report! :thumbsup2

Thanks for the information. I like the Aerosmith roller coaster, I think because it is in the dark and I can’t see the hills and the upside down part so I’m not scared. :scared: :faint:

I don’t ride Mission Space because I think I will have to use the barf bag.

I think it is great that you rode Dinosaur and really liked it. I rode it last year and it was too bouncy for me. I was scared I was going to need a barf bag for this ride too. :crazy2:

I see you live in North Carolina, so takes you longer to drive than it takes us. I live in South Carolina and it takes us a long time to drive too. :drive: I think that is my least favorite part of my Disney trip. But my whole family loves Disney so much, we go anyway. :car:

I’ll be sure to look for the Hidden Mickey in the fireworks the very next time I ride Soarin.

Come back and post again soon. :wave2:

Hi!! We have to drive from NC too :car: and it is no fun.

The take off on RocknRroller Coaster tickles my stomach. :rotfl: I can't help but scream :scared1: and smile at the same time! And my eyes are always shut during the picture! I cannot keep them open. :)

I am scared to ride Mission Space because I will get sick.

We really like to go to WDW too :thumbsup2 but we have such a long time to wait before our next trip! :sad1:

Take care!

Sandra

You are so much braver than I am. I have not ridden Rock N roller Coaster, or Soarin. I want to but I don't want to end up like your uncle. I think that's my biggest fear.

I think my kids have talked me into riding soaring this trip. Keeps your fingers crossed because I'd like to show them the hidden mickey you told me about.

Hope you are having a nice day and thanks for starting this thread. :)

A note from his dad:
Ya think maybe he likes smileys?

To those that replied...
Mission Space now has a non centrifigal line so you can ride WITHOUT the fear of "barfing". :thumbsup2 (It dont "spin"... less fear of motion sickness)
I did it once and swore I'd never EVER do it again, but with the new changes I plan to try it again this trip.
As for the takeoff on RnRC thats my favorite part too!!!
I appreciate all the replys! My son came home just EAGER to get to see if anyone replyed. It made his day!
You probably figured out that he has Aspergers. Hes 8 years old. a VERY smart kid, if we could just control his rage and anger hed be nearly perfect! :thumbsup2

I have a nephew with Aspergers. He has made a lot of gains in the last few years and has a lot more control of his feelings. I'm sure you will be in more control of your :furious: as time goes on and you get more practice.

My nephew and his mom came to visit us about a month ago. They really enjoyed a trip to the Mall of America. My nephew especially liked the big Lego shop at the mall.
He also liked going on my computer to play games. :surfweb:

Ooohh! :wave2: I have found someone who loves roller coasters as much as me!! :cheer2:
I love the loud music :rockband: on Rock n Roller Coaster. I sing along at the top of my lungs and have a blast.
When I ride Mission Space, I am not worried that I will need the barf bag. I am more worried that one of my fellow "astronauts" will need the barf bag, which will cause me to need the barf bag.
Dinosaur was such a fun ride. Everytime that dinosaur jumps out at the ride vehicle, I scream real loud. :scared1: It scares me everytime.
Soarin is my favorite ride at Epcot. I always take my shoes off and try to dip my toes into the water or touch the top of the trees.
Thanks for the great trip report! It sounds like you had a great time. pixiedust: I hope you will write more sometime.

I have only ridden Rock N Roller coaster once, and I kept my eyes shut the entire time - that way I couldn't tell when I was upside down. You are very, very brave.

I will be sure to look for the hidden Mickeys the next time I go. I'll bet that you are a fun person to go to WDW with.

I like Dinosaur too.

My favorite new ride is the Expedition Everest.

We too like all those rides. The Rocknroller coaster is so fun but too short!
My son still also loves the ride in the giant ball in Epcot a whole lot.
We aren't big fans of Pecos Bills though, it was too loud for him in there.
Thank you for your report! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

(from his dad) Actually theres at LEAST 2. One on the golf ball that whizzes by, and a second in the fireworks!

Actually, I believe there is a third as well - but I can't seem to find it! When you soar over the hills and spot a golf course, look immediately to your lower left and find a golf cart. The man standing on the other side of the cart is holding a blue Mickey balloon. - Be sure to check out the DIS Thread on Hidden Mickeys in my signature as well!

It sounds like you had a great time! :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Here's a picture of my son Tyler who's 11! He loves Dinosaur and R&RRC too! I think he likes the loud music b/c he has a hearing impairment and wears hearing aids! On our last trip - the R&RRC stopped and we got to see it with the lights on inside! You almost go straight up the wall on that very first flip!!! :jumping1:
