I was born 3 months to the date before Disneyland opened, which makes me 46. Too bad all this SILVER hair makes me look older.....

I am sure that I can not be older than lets say.........Marsha or PatrickIL...nope...I think not...so I think they are turning 16 and 14 repsectively......yup thats it. ;) ;) :p

OMG PatrickIL...how dare you sneak that in...You are so bad!!

I am not 68 years old...I am a baby compared to you!!!!
OMG...If I am 68 dear then you are in your 70's !!!!!! You are just jealous

There's something about WDW that can make a person's emotional age regress!! Hmmm, I'm 41, but at WDW I turn that around and will be more like 14 :) I can't wait to see the look on my 17 year olds face when I act younger than her :)

11-12-2001, 02:49 PM
Robin, don't worry. Age doesn't matter when you're at Disney World. I'm 25 and I'm just glad there'll be someone there younger than me...LOL!!! :jester:  ;)

Robin
11-12-2001, 03:58 PM

So far I think DH & I will be among the oldest at DIS-CON! He's 56, and I'm 50  , but we both think we're 12. :D Unfortunately, sometimes my body tells me differently!

I have just turned 40. But I also become a baby when I get to WDW. My kids help me not to grow too old.

Robin, I think you will one of the more MATURE dis-ers there. As you can see, the others are definately acting their shoe size, not their age !:p LOL j/k.

This group seems to be all ages, all sizes, all everything! That's what will make this fun! {The tall ones have to stand in back so us shorties can see!!!}

Marsha, you realize that you are issuing a challenge to commandos!! What are you thinking!

Hey commandos, I think we need to come up with a scavenger hunt, with Marsha's hotel room number as the big challenge!

{by the way, I am 36 and married 18 years!}

Barry, very diplomatic.. I am just trying to live up to my reputation as fun-loving and entertaining.. I will tell you this my shoe size is 10..so if you all think that is how I act. fine with me.. as long as we have fun, go for that magic.. I think that is what we all need right now.. I know I do.. Hugs everyone.. have to go do my homework now. ;) ;) :D

I will be 40 on the 25th so that puts me right in the middle. Let's hope there are enough of us "mature" types to take care of the "children".

I am 37 years young...and I have the birth certificate to prove it...I can also get the birth certificate of certain others who are not quite telling the truth.....

Now if we are going on shoe size, then I am only 5 years old.....

luvdsny
11-12-2001, 08:23 PM
Good One Corinne. :D

And Barry, if I could have my body back from when I was 21 I'd take it in a heartbeat...but unfortunately that was a rough age and that's also when I got married the first time...so I think I'll stick with 33. :D Thanks for the boost of, er, um, whatever that was. ;)

And Sandra, YES, I think we just might be twin sisters.......or at least our Disney souls are twins. :D ;) :) :p

Two fun loving retirees from NJ (56 & 55). As long as we get our naps, we should be able to keep up with the young folks.

Well, let's see.....I'm glad to see I won't be the oldest, but I'm still up there.

I will be 51 on Jan. 1, my DH is 44 and my DS will be 32 on Dec. 5th.
BUT when at WDW I become very yound again!!!

KarenNY
11-12-2001, 09:49 PM
My shoe size is 5. I'm 5'0" and 52 years old. But when I'm at WDW, I feel like the other 12 year old Disers.:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Well, I'm not gonna make it easy!
I was born nine months before my wife, Linda, who was born just six days after Disneyland opened.
I agree with the sentiment expressed by many that we feel young at heart when at WDW.

11-13-2001, 12:27 AM
Hi, all you kids at heart! I'm 51 years old, but like the rest of you guys, when I walk through Magic Kingdom's Main Street, I feel like I'm a kid again. Even more so during December when all the Christmas lights are up everywhere. I can't wait to see everyone. Ray

LOL! :D
Another rule of DIS-Con: no one is allowed to act their age!! It takes all the fun out of it!! ;)
All I know is I'm not riding in the front seat when we ride Splash! Then again, if Glo is in the front, maybe I don't want to be in the back.  Oh, help, I'm so confused! ;) ;)

luvdsny
11-14-2001, 05:45 PM
Barb, I love the way you keep all the DIS-Con rules in check. ;) :) :D

I'm not riding with any of you........only Livia! :D

Patrick IL.
11-14-2001, 06:41 PM
Livia commited to our group in chat the other night- she whispered "yes". Barb commited too as did Ms. Mac-key and also Debi. All are welcome :) Glo is in charge of scheduling this- if she ever gets around to it:rolleyes:

11-14-2001, 07:24 PM
Count me in, Ms. Glo!!! :D

Let's see, the rules thus far are:

No one can act their age.
Nobody can sleep.
No food fights.

Anything I've missed, Barb? :D

glo
11-14-2001, 07:24 PM
OK OK OK!!!!!!

Geez Patrick talk about putting someone on the spot!!!

Let me look at the events and see where we can squeeze this is, and then I will email Marsha and Linda and make sure we can add it...if not it will be an unofficial thing...ok?

Another highlight of my trip: riding Splash Mountain with Patrick, Glo, Marsha, Debi, Steve, Livia and Tia! Livia and Tia, with this kind of company, how can you say no!! :D That's 8!! We've got a boat load!!!! WooHoo!!!!! :D :D :D :D
