Movie & Meal Deal Coupon Redemption ?

Well, thanks to information from this Universal board, I have been able to collect 8 Movie and a Meal Coupons from friend's Entertainment books. What a great deal this is!!! I need help with one thing - where is guest services located in CW for me to redeem the coupons? CW is pretty big and I have no clue where guest services is located!

The Universal site has a map where guest services is clearly marked. This will be our first time to Universal and we leave in 3 days!!! :yay: Thanks to everyone for all the info on the boards. I was able to collect 20 M&M coupons and as I understand, once you redeem the entertainment coupon, your voucher doesn't expire for a long time. If my sister doesn't go, I'll have an excuse to visit again!

Hi, all!
You actually want to redeem your vouchers at the Guest Services windows in CityWalk, not at Universal Studios (shorter lines at Guest Services).
As you come off the last moving sidewalk from the parking garage and walk down past the movie theatres, you will see the CityWalk Information and Dining Reservation desk ahead of you.
To the left is the Endangered Species store (my daughter calls it the "gorilla store" because of the gorilla in the entry) and Guest Services is just past it on the left also (next to a hallway with bathrooms for a quick pre-park stop).
I don't think they open until after noon or so, but on Saturday, we had dinner reservations at Pastamore at 6 PM and walked up to the window 5 minutes prior and turned in 5 vouchers with no problem.
You just have to fill out a log with your name, address, and phone number.
It's that easy!
