Can you believe I've kept this secret since May ? Neither can I !!! Very few people know ,as I'm horrified someone will spill the beans and ruin all my plans. I plan to lead them along through a variety of different lies until at last my Dh will video tape me telling them at the 2nd airport ( layover) that we're not staying there either ! WE"RE GOING TO DISNEY WORLD !!!!! They're going to freak !!! :rotfl:

We did something like this with our kids...except at Great Wolf Lodge. Said we had to travel to see family and pulled up to the place because Mommy had to use the bathroom. So I go inside, check in, and then come out and say GUESS WHAT??? We're having a mini vacation! the car was all packed, they were clueless. Their excitement & shock was priceless. have a great trip!!!

:cool1: We did this one year. When my dd's were 4 and 7 we planned a surprise mini trip in early December and bought tickets to MVMCP. My youngest daughter couldn't read and my 7 yr old was just learning, so she knew what some of the highway signs said...(Ex: Mommy why are there palm trees-it looks like FLorida)

We threw them off by telling them that we were going to MS (we live in GA) to visit their uncle in the military and you have to go through FL to get there. It worked, and they didn't realize until we pulled into Downtown Disney and saw Planet Hollywood and all the Disney signs. It was unbelievably priceless, the look on their little faces! :banana: :cloud9:
I wouldn't trade it for the world!!
