View Full Version : 280,000 on Fireworks :)

Not sure if this is the right section.. if not, please move it to the appropriate place, and I apologize for the inconvenience.

I have been working for a while building up my high score on Fireworks, and tonight I was finally able to hit the 280k mark.

I was so excited, and wanted to share. I knew it was going to be pretty close by looking at my score throughout the game, but was so surprised when I saw that final score :)

Afterwards, I realized I didn't have my green car quest open, lol.. but that fact still wasn't enough to bring me down from my high http://www.disboards.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

Update: I played Fireworks again (this time with the quest open, lol), and it took me quite a few tries (it's amazing how aggrivated you can get at "just a game" but the end result was worth it), but I beat my previous score and was able to get my green car. Woot!! Congratulations! :thumbsup2 I didn't even have my green quest done at all when I hit 280,000 the first time. Always have it running! :teeth:

Congrats! Now, the question is how did you manage to do it? And on top of that (since you mentioned the green car quest), how did you manage to catch 85 HM ghosts?

If you have trouble catching many ghosts, you should play yourself on one team and up to 4 on the other -- the more players on the other team, the more ghosts you will have (making it easier for you to get more).

Once I got up to fireworks, I kept the quest running until I hit 280,000. If another quest comes up, you can quit the green car quest and go back to it at any time. It will pick up right where you left off. :)

I have updated my first post with a picture of my new green car. Was holding my breath during the game, and then afterwards let out an excited scream. The feeling of accomplishment is great, makes you appreciate the item that much more :)
