This is our 2nd trip to WDW and we really want to fly this time. Spending 19 hrs in a car with a 9 and 4 year old was not very fun. :sad2: Plus the 9 year old gets carsick and the portable DVD player that was susposed to keep them busy actually made her sicker when she watched it. We are flying from San Antonio Texas (SAT) and our dates are Dec. 16 through the 22nd. I have looked and looked and the cheapest I have found is $324 per person. Any tips on finding a better deal?????? I am already having nightmares about the drive and it is still 3 months away

I checked Southwest and they don't have a flight right now, but keep checking everyday, different times of the day. That is what we did when we went in Dec. for New Years. Southwest was sold out, but we kept trying, my sister ended up getting tickets for 59.00 ea way leaving Dec. 30th. She bought the tickets at different times. When the date going came available she grabbed it, then she kept trying and got the date coming home and grabbed it. Since it was so cheap going if she wasn't able to get a ticket to fly home they were going to rent a car and drive back. I did that about 2 years ago, I was able to get a ticket going and we drove home. Maybe that can be an option for you.
If you haven't downloaded Ding from Southwest do that, when special comes up it will alert you.

I use travelocity to check airfares, but book directly with the airline. You should also install Southwest's ding to get their great fares.
