I have a friend who is going in a few weeks and I was telling her about BBB at WDW. Just wondering if there was one there as well.

No, but there's a Club Libby Lu in Downtown Disney. This is what BBB is based on.

There is a BBB at Disneyland, it was downsized to a small cart though, for renovation reasons.
