Great news!! WestJet has come out with a Ding (SWA) type program called Get Set.

The program is a free download from www.westjet.com, just click on the top banner where it says Ultimate Trip Advisor.

I'm so glad. DING was cool, but SWA is nowhere near me.

This is great... but I'm on a Mac and tried to download it, but I keep getting the .exe file which doesn't work on Macs.

The website says it is Mac compatible. I'm going to try emailing them. But in the meantime, does anyone have any suggestions? :confused3

DING was a program setup by Southwest Airlines, so people could find out when they had a great offer, you plug in the cities, and then it will make a sound when it finds a deal.

I asked them if we could watch a specific flight and they said not yet but they would love to hear from people using it so they can add it to their can do list. I have received lots of alerts so far but none of the flights are into the New Year... wishing for a seat sale!:worship:

The message on the download site now says Mac version coming soon. When I called to ask, they said it would be released within a week or so...
