Hi All!
OK- we are taking my FIL to WDW. The entire family is going (all 9 of us) 6 adults, 2 teens and 1 child.
If we go ahead and book the MYW tickets to our room and make it a package we are eligible for the DDP. Does anyone know if at this point if we can pick and choose who gets to be on the DDP? Can some of us elect not to participate? We have three rooms so we could essentially break up our party.
I have had stomach surgery and eat very little, my FIL for medical reasons doesn't eat very much, and my niece (the 1 child) eats about a 1/2 c if she's hungry. Having 9 DDP passes would be a waste for the three of us, as we could easily share with the other 6.
Also, if only some of us get the DDP and then split up during the day can we transfer the cards? Like if I go with my FIL, MIL and husband with all the kids to a restaraunt, but my SIL and her husband go to a different restaraunt can she take my card and use it instead of me? :confused3
Thanks for all your help!
Tracey

All members of your party (on a single reservation) must be on the Dining Plan, for the entire duration of your visit. It isn't enough to have separate rooms -- the separate rooms must be on separate reservations. Also, the Dining Plan is non-transferable.

The Dining Plan is far more food than most people could ever eat. Think of it as if you're paying for the full-family dining experiences, rather than looking at each diners' personal consumption. The Dining Plan may or may not be the right choice for you.
