Important Credits Question

We're doing the dining plan for the first time 11/18 - 11/26. 8 nights. Okay - I'm confused a little and need expert help. We drive down. So, on the 18th we will arrive around 3:00. We check out on the 26th. We usually leave early in the a.m. Do you get the Disney dining plan the day that you check out? IF we had credits left on the morning of the 26th, could we use them for breakfast? Do you get credits for that day? Do we get 8 days worth of credits or 9? Just confused a bit.

Your credits are tied to the nights but they are thorugh midnight of the night you check out. Therefore they are 100% available as of checkin date and good through midnight of checkout date, there for you get 8 days of credits that are good for 9 days. Does that help?

Yes, that helps. Now I totally understand. That will work fine for us because we don't arrive until 3:00 on arrival day so we won't use all our credits that day. If we have anything left over the day we leave, I guess we'll have one last breakfast at Disney. Typically we just jump in the car and leave by around 6:30 or 7:00 and grab something once we get through Orlando. I think it would be nice to have one last Disney meal.

You each get one set of credits per night of your stay, not per day (hope that makes sense :))
You can distribute them any way you want - if you want to have two signature meals the first full day (e.g. Brown Derby for lunch, California Grill for dinner) and just snacks and counter service the next three days, you can.
