Can you "Stay and Scream" if you're at IOA?

Hi,
I'm asking this for my sister's family and friends who are going to HHN. Some of the group won't have annual passes and probably will buy 1 day tix to IOA. Do you know if they'll be able to enter HHN early through the connection to Universal if they're at IOA and have their HHN tix bought in advance? Thanks!

according to the stay and scream info on the hhn website guest
are able to purchase a stay and scream ticket at ioa or uso the day of hhn
so they will be able to stay,most likely from what I've seen on other
boards is they will be taken to a pathway that connects the 2 parks
(behind suess landing?)and wait there till a house opens.

there is usally a place to eat or get drinks in the area.

Its almost time .....can't wait!!!
