The other night I went to the Allentown fair with a few of my friends and while I was waiting for some of them to get off one of the rides, I was watching this rollercoaster type ride. You basically sat 2 in a car and you would ride on the track up and down these little hills and turns. It goes inside a small building for a bit so you can't see the whole thing. Anyway, as my friends were getting off the ride I hear this loud crash and the 2 workers just looked like deer caught in the headlights and one of them went rushing back into the ride. I guess it was 2 kids on the ride because then their parents went up and started talking to the other worker who was just standing there and they looked scared. I never saw what happened after that because we started walking away but I hope it all turned out okay..
That was the same night I saw 3 neo-nazis walk past me. I know that there's a large population of them in PA, but I never thought I'd actually see them. I don't call myself and expert on them, but I know enough to recognize them when I see them..
So yea has anything ever gone wrong while you were at an amusement park or fair?

That crash must've been scary. I hope everything was ok. And Neo-Nazis! How freaky! Nothing weird happened to me. But I've only been to Disney World, 6 Flags (once) and the Wildwood boardwalk. I haven't been to any other fairs or amusement parks.

Okay, I live in a small southern town which is perm. stuck under a rock. I've never heard of a Neo-Nazi before this thread. So, naturally, off to urbandictonary, I go.
Oh my effing lord.
I'm putting these up there with the KKK wannabes (remember, I'm from a small southern town)
I just love how the nazis frequent the county fair. :rotfl:
Okay. okay. I'm sorry. I just couldn't let that go.
I've had some weird stuff happen at my local fair, but never nazis.

Yea, I've seen this documentary on A&E on neo-nazis like 3 times and one of the largest populations of them in US I think is in Pennsylvania. Before I left I watched it with my dad and he started joking with me about how I better watch out for them. I never thought that I'd actually see them. I'm standing there with Gabby and Court at the fair and I immediately saw the boots (you know them when you see them), then I saw the suspenders, the t-shirt and the hairstyle and I was like holy crap. The documentary is Investigative Reports: The new skinheads. It's very interesting but it pisses me off because they're a bunch of jerks and nothing can really be done about them..

Eep.
that's creepy.
& the crash sounds scary.
Usually nothing happens when I go to amusement parks.
Though one time at WDW, I saw people running with a stretcher & some medical supplies. I was freaked out a bit, but kept on walking, because well, because my family didn't see it.
There's a water park nearby my neighborhood. We go there all the time, people from Ontario & Quebec usually come down to experience it. It's kind of boring.
I've never been there when anything happened, but someone tore the skin of their back on a slide, and someone drowned in the wave pool.
