Creative ways to share the good news with the family

How have you shared the good news that you've booked a trip to Disney to your kids/family. Once I replaced the fortune in our fortune cookie with the news of our trip. My dd 4 still asks to go for chinese hoping we'll have some more "good fortune" soon. Can't wait to tell her about our next trip in November! :goodvibes

I had "Mickey" send a post card inviting the kids back to WDW! Somewhere on the Dis is a thread where people who are going to WDW will send a postcard to you postmarked from Disneyworld. My 9 year old still talks about that.

Another time I bought one of those blank puzzles from the craft store. The pieces were in Easter Eggs (this was at Easter) that they had to find. On the puzzle I put a word puzzle...they had to solve that to find out that we were going to Disney.

I hide "hidden Mickey's" for my daughter to find. It is black, red or yellow cardstock punched with a Mickey Mouse punch. Everytime she finds one it is a reminder that we are going to Disney!!! :banana:
