Anyone else have long waits for these gift certificates??
It's been 6 weeks and nothing...........

I cashed in for the future shop gc on October 15 and received it in the mail on November 2nd. I have cashed in another October 26th. I'm hoping it comes just as quick. This was my first time cashing out. Maybe I had beginner's luck.

Hello:
I have read on another site that people have cashed out in august for giftcertificates.ca and have emailed milesource and were told that milesource manually put in their order and it should come in a few weeks, but also these people have contacted giftcertificates.ca and were told they had no record of their awards transaction from milesource.
My husband cashed out in august, and was told the above and contacted giftcertificates.ca and told they have no record of any such transaction, so who knows what is going on. He emailed milesource last night and have not received anything back. The giftcertificates.ca people sent a cc. to milesource with their email to him. Hope this helps someone.

I checked my email this morning and I recieved a message back from Milesource and they are checking into it with giftcertifictes.ca. so this is good news. We shall see what happens. I will post when I hear anything!!!!

Today in my mailbox I received my second gc for future shop, which I cashed out for on October 26th. Now to decide what to spend it on.

I still have not received any emails back from milesource either from customer service or the ceo. Don't know why they do not respond back to me.

Finally received an email back from milesource, after about a week and three emails to them.
I cashed out back in august. Here's what they said:
"Thanks for your email. We are sorry to hear that you did not receive
the redemption order number from
giftcertificates.ca for your redemption order through Milesource.com.
We've requested to have your redemption
order checked out by our technicians, and will have it sent via email
within 7-10 business days.
Again, we apologzie for the inconvenience. We would sincerely
appreciate your patience in this matter while
both Milesource and giftcertificates.ca handle this matter.
Thank you for your interest in Milesource.com. "
I sure hope it comes before xmas.
