Yes, the Tron items won from the Tomorrowland Arcade games can be traded. That's the only way many of us will ever be able to get these items! ;)

He wants someone to win the Blast in Space game, get the prize, and give him the prize. He wants someone to give him the prize before it is untradeable (which I doubt will happen). :confused3
