Eloped?!?!?!

Hi!
Can anyone tell me if you know of anyone eloping in WDW?

A friend of mine is going there in two weeks and she asked me this question and I had no idea... I just knew of weddings and honeymoons...

If anyone knows could u please let me know so I can give her a good answer! :) :confused3

I think the only option to be married at Disney would be to have an intimate ceremony but I think they need slightly more notice than 2 weeks. I think it may be 30 days. Theres always the courthouse.

I think the minimum days to plan was 21, however, I dont think Disney would turn down the $$ if they had the time/space available!

Our SM explained to us that some intimates are what they call eloping! Basically, just the two of them! I would suggest calling Disney to see if they will allow it in such short notice!! They may or may not!!

i think Disney would be able to accomodate this somehow. it might not be in the BEST location, but i'm sure they could find something. it doesn't hurt to ask them!
