The ones at Target are very hard and uncomfortable. Walmart also has the same terrible hard knock-offs. Payless and Bear Traps (at SuperMarket of Shoes) make the most comfortable knock-offs but none of them are as comfortable as real Crocs IMO.

I've got the Bare Trap knock-offs and I've been very happy with them. I only wear them at WDW and only when I know it's going to rain, but I've never had a problem with them! I bought DD2 the Airwalk knock-offs and she wants to wear her "pink shoes" everyday! I think she likes putting them on herself! :goodvibes

Shoe Carnival also has a knock off version I think it sells for $17 I tried it on it seemed okay. Not as good as the real thing though.

I have two pair of the Airwalks from Payless- the clog style with the strap and the black men's style that look like a woven pair of sandals but with a back- I tried on the original Crocs, but I think I really prefer the Airwalks. They seem to fit my wide foot better and to be softer on the bottom. Just MHO, though! :goodvibes

My kids have the knock offs from Payless and love them. They wore them all summer and they are just about worn out, so good thing fall is coming! Today at the mall we saw some in Libby Lu for about $12. They didn't try them on but they fell just as soft as the ones in Payless. We'll have to try them! :thumbsup2

I bought 2 pairs of AirWalks at payless. they were bogo50%off. They're ok. My feet seem to sweat in them. I would like to buy a pair that have "holes" on the top to see if my feet breathe better.

I have a pair of the payless ones. I plan on buying another pair. Ive never tried name brand ones. I dont have $30 to spend on a pair of shoes.

So I'm not the only one who has a hard time paying $30 for rubber shoes. I also have a pair from Payless, which are comfortable but do make my feet sweat sometimes.
I did "splurge" last month and purchased a pair of New Balance shoes. Regular $39 but used a $10 off coupon which brought it down to $29...still more than I usually pay.
I'm a stay-at-home-mom...if I don't save money, we don't go to Disney :guilty: !
