7 Hours.. how to force me and DD to sleep?

Ugh... Flight leaves in 7 hours... need to be there in 6 (local airport so only 1 hour ahead of flight check in). We are so excited that we can't sleep. Any suggestions??

I am so worried about this myself as we all need to be at the airport at 5am on our depart day.

Thankfully my son takes benedryl for an allergic rash once in a while, makes him sleepy. I think he'll get a "rash" that night too, he's such a night owl and i know he will be so excited he wont sleep which will ruin his first day at the world. (dont flame, its not a big dose)

For us...well, were just screwed unless we develop rashes too! :rotfl:
