Great deals!

Also, for those who might be in the SW Ontario area, Spirit Air has many direct flights out of Detroit for $49.00 each way. I just booked a Dec 7 to 12 flight through the regular reservation link. Also, FYI, with Spirit you can book your seats online up to 90 days in advance of departure.

AirTran also has quite a few deals out of DTW but not as many direct flights and only 24 hour seat booking.

Say you book a flight with Southwest for early at a more expensive fare...and a deal comes up for the same flight later on, do they reimburse you the money for the cheaper fare?

Man o' man are you lucky. The cheapest flights I can find right now from Calgary for our family of five is 3200. I am waiting for after Christmas to book flights as that is when the Jan-Apr seat sales come on. If anyone has any suggestions for cheap flights from Calgary let me know. I have signed up for jetmail through westjet and the air canada seat sale newsletter. Is their anything else I can do?

You can rebook at the lower fare and then you can have either a credit for 1 year to use, or you can request your money back!
That is the best way to go, keep checking your fares.
