Hey, I just logged onto the member website and what do I see but "request a reservation." :banana:
There is also managing a reservation and waitlist info and sign up for magical express.

Where are you seeing all this? I just went to the members only "my DVC" and saw nothing changed.

That information has always been there, maybe just worded differently. There is still no on-line reservations.

Are you sure, because this asks for your DVC member number and dates of stay.

I don't think it is in anyway a live interactive reservation system, it looks like an email submission.

www.dvcmembers.com still works, too. (Just forwards to the other URL.)

The page is the same old email request that's been there for a while, where they email you back.

It looks like you can add Magical Express info, I'm not sure if that's new or not. But it's still basically just an email form - it's not smart enough to let you key in a reservation and know who you are, where you're staying, your address, etc.

The Managing a Reservation page is just reference material.

You can make a reservation online thru dvcmember.com--I did. You just have to be "able" to wait 2-3 days...I filled out the "request a reservation" form for a week in May, at SSR, my home resort, last month (past 11 months, but before 7 months)--3 days later I got an email saying my reservation was made and it showed up under "my dvc" too...

So, if you want your reservation "on the spot" you have to call...but if you can wait 2-3 days, you definitely can do it online...

What's the waitlist info? I can't find it. Does it let you see what properties/room sizes you are waitlisted for?

The ME sign up was there before, I used it a couple of weeks ago for our trip in September. I filled it out, and received an email a day or two later confirming. Worked great.

Now I am off to look for the waitlist thing! :)
