We just got a letter from Disney notifying us that we've been approved for financing. Our estimated closing date was April 25. Will we receive some form of notificiation at actual closing or does the fact that we've been approved for financing mean that the closing is a done deal?

you will get a copy of your completed deed after all the closing is done. This is usually some time after closing. You can call your guide on the expected closing date and he/she wil confirm your closing over the phone if you want to know faster.
