Don't know if I missed an option while I was buying my last set of tickets last week at USAir.com, but at the end of the transaction I was told I was getting an e-ticket. In the past I always requested a paper ticket. Is this something new?
Thanks.

you could have missed that page. I have it in my preferances that I want e-tkt, so this is what automatically comes up for me. when you created your profile did you check paper tkts or e-tkts? its possible but as far as I know they are still giving the choices.
We flew USAir in August and I bought the tickets online and in very small print it said that if you wanted paper tickets there was an additional fee of about $11 and an 800 number. Don't know if that is still the case, but that is what we experienced. The $22 wasn't worth it to us.

I did check my profile, and there wasn't any place to request paper or e-ticket. There was a place to enter where you would like a paper ticket delivered.
Hmmm...never did e-ticket before. Feels a bit scary!

I would rather do an e-tkt. its much more convenient and you don't have to worry about losing them either!

I had paper tickets sent to me from usair.com. There was no additional charge. I believe when you fill in the address where to send paper tickets the system then knows that is what you want. Just call customer service for help.
