How long to get ticket refund?

Howdy, friends. When Continental radically changed my flight schedule, I took the opportunity to cancel my trip. I overnighted the tickets to them at the address they provided and they received them on 10/24. I still haven't received the credit to my credit card account. Is this a normal lag time, or should I be concerned?

It sometimes takes a month for the credit to get there. Call your credit card company and ask how long it should take.
