View Full Version : Best week in November to go?

Does anyone have any info on November? We are limited because of Veteran's Day & Thanksgiving. We are trying to pick the least busy week. I've been in October & December, but never in November. Any advice is GREATLY appreciated!!! Thanks so much!

All I know is stay away T-giving week, that's what I gathered from being on here. My parents are going (sans kids) the wkend of the 11th, they were told by reservations it was a quiet week.

I've heard that Friday, Nov. 10, is going to be pretty busy because all the kids are off school that day. Unfortunately, that's when we're going. We actually are participating in an exclusive Girl Scout night at DL Thursday night, for only 5000 people! Should be AWESOME!! Then we're staying through the weekend. Our plans are to go to CA on Friday and miss some of the crowds, then back to DL on Saturday before coming home on Sunday.

I think the week we're going is going to be less crowded also-November 15-20th.

We always go within the first 10 days of the month and we usually are able to walk onto any ride with little or no wait. The best part of it is the NBC ! We are planning on going 11/4-11/8

Do all you can to avoid Veteran's Day weekend. Go before, or wait till after. Last year DL was filled to capacity before noon on that Friday

What does "NBC" stand for?

BTW, we are going Nov 1-5th!

I'd wait until after Veteran's Day weekend, and plan to be there sometime between November 14 and November 21. The first week of November should be fine crowd-wise, but if you wait until after the 10th you'll be able to see both Haunted Mansion Holiday AND "holiday it's a small world" - the latter isn't scheduled to open until November 10.
