Now, the only downside to this is that SGT has informed me that a disney trip is not in the fututre for him. Lets hope Mrs. SGTDisney has a change of heart and lets SGT plan that next trip to OKW.  :earseek:

I am working on it Cosmic. She is talking a minimum of 14 months after the baby is born before she will travel. However, my wife has lots of family in Southern Florida, and I am working on the 'we have to show all your family the baby' angle for next summer. Of course if we have to be in Florida, spending a few days at OKW wouldn't be too much of a stretch.. :smooth: Wish me luck ;)

lol....don't count on it CosmicCharlie. The Sarge will have his troops (with the new addition) in WDW in the near future. My bets are on him to convince Mrs. Sarge within the first 6 months. Anyone taking bets?

Congratulations on the upcoming bundle, Sgt. Disney! We plan to celebrate by going to WDW about the time your little one is expected. You didn't say the exact date, but we will be at OKW 1/19-1/30.

Hey Sarge that's great! Just had a baby three months ago and Just got back from Disney last week. Infants are so easy, they sleep all of the time and feeding wasn't bad either. A 14 month old will definately be more af a challange than an infant!

Good luck, Got any other kids?

I have to agree with Prplcrzy. Infants are MUCH easier than toddlers to take to Disney! Maybe you can convince DW of that!

Thanks again for the kind words. We do already have one son. He just turned 5 last Thursday. The first time we took him, he was 14 months old and we had an exceptional time. Of course he has always been a good traveller. My wife doesn't really want to take a baby on an airplane, when they are less than 12 months old, so I am working on the driving angle. I have my mother in law on my side though, she is telling my wife how easy it is to travel, especially in a car, with a 6 or 8 month old. The baby is due on January 23. I think I will wait until after then to really convince her. There is no convincing a lady who is 7 months pregnant and not feeling good... ;)
