Hi, hope you are all well over there,
We are coming over to see you all for Xmas and New Year (apparently a quiet time) and have so far booked priority seating for all the Dis restaurants. We are planning to visit US, IOA and Sea World whilst we are there and was wondering if you can pre book any of their restaurants and if so any telephone numbers to do this.
Thanks very much, see you all soon
Paul and Shirley

As to Christmas-New Years being a "quiet time" -- NOT!! That week is traditionally one of Orlando's busiest.
Although this year, I suppose, all bets are off.

I know that one year, Christmas Eve was very quiet. I wouldn't count on it for Christmas. I remember Disney had to close Animal Kingdom at around 11 am because the park was at capacity.
