TTC tipping question

Sorry for the silly question...but I just got off the phone with Tiffany Town car. I pay for the whole roundtrip fare when I get dropped off at my resort. I am assuming I should tip the guy based on his portion of the trip (i.e. $40), and then tip the return guy the same even though I don't pay him anything. Is this correct?? Again, sorry, I don't get out much!!!

That's correct. You don't always have the same driver both ways (usually, but not always). It's nice being able to pay the full price at the beginning. And, if you don't want to be bothered with cash exchange, you can call before your trip and charge the roundtrip fee to a credit card. Then you only have to worry about tipping the driver.

If you decide to call and charge your trip, make sure and tell Debby that Diann said hi.

A 15-20% tip is customary, depending on service. I'll tip 10% each way ($8-$10, depending on how much luggage, level of service, etc.) for a total of 20%.
