So I had a few questions regarding my reservations and my TA just wasn't on top of it. :confused3 So like the saying goes "Want something done ...". So I did...I was so excited that he was so caring and helpful, :thumbsup2 we chatted like we have been friends for years,for app. 90 min. :hourglass He assured me the castle would be done with construction by our travel time. :yay: He put in very special notes to 2 certain rest, regarding birthdays. Then without asking he told me he was sending our son's cards in the mail from WDW regarding our up coming trip. :woohoo: We talked about the power outage. I told him about my trip, and he just kept asking questions. HE WAS AMAZING!!! My DH couldn't belive I talked to him that long. :rolleyes1 I know I have the gift to gab, but,, not with strangers. :bitelip: I hope more of you have been able to expereince this. :wave2: It is just amazing that even the res. reps are just sooo nice. It takes an amazing personality to be able to do this everyday. But I am sure the peolpe who call to book are not in a bad mood!!!!! :mickeyjum
