Love it, love it, love it!

Tried Mango smoothies and Rasperry/Cranberry smoothies for drinks. I preferred the Raspberry/Cranberry, everyone else in my party liked the mango better.

Started with soups, which were to die for. Favorites were Carrot Cinger, and Coconut Curried Chicken. I wasn't expecting to like them when I tried them, but they were excellent.

Apple & couscous salad (spinach, apple and couscous with an apple-y dressing) was out of this world.

Dinner selections were really good, though I can't remember them all. What stands out is that the tastes all complemented each other so well. No matter what was on my plate, it all went really well together.

Tried the zebra domes, which were good, but I didn't go crazy over them.

Glad you enjoyed it. It's one of our favorite restaurants too.

Are smoothies included in the buffet price? We have been there several times and never even noticed them on the menu! We'll be there on Sept. 22nd (for DH's birthday and not on Free Dining) so any information would be greatly appreciated.

The smoothies weren't included with the buffet price, but they did count as beverages on the dining plan. Not sure what the price was on them either. Be careful, though, they also have smoothies at the Mara (mango & berry) but they are NOT the same as the ones they serve at Boma. The ones at Boma are a gazillion times better than the ones at the Mara.

It's great you had such a wonderful meal!! I've heard of many people loving Boma. We went once and enjoyed it but it wasn't our favorite. We never tried the smoothies though - they sound delicious!!! :)

We had several CMs recommend Boma to us as a great place to eat. We're definitely putting it on the list for next time! Thanks for the great review.

We read so many good reviews of Boma that we have to try it. We have ADR for both a breakfast and a dinner in Sept. We can't wait! :thumbsup2

Best buffet in memory. Not a prime rib fan at all, however a non fatty spice rubbed prim rib made me go for seconds. 4 awesome soups. 2 rices, 1 peanut pased and 1 saffron. Lamb casserole. Bok Choy. African Spiced chicken. Cous-Cous. Kid's favorites. Excellent cold salads, including a non-bitter spring mix with unique dressings like mango-ranch and green chili cilantro ranch or something like that. Many other hot and cold selections! Excellent desserts to boot. Loved the free smoothies with the dining plan.

We were at Boma on the same night! We had 7:20 ADRs for Boma on Aug 13th. It was so yummy! We stuffed ourselves silly. My favorite is the Coconut Curry Chicken Stew, and I'm not a big fan of coconut in general. We did the wine flight which I also recommend. :thumbsup2 to a great meal.
