try the keys to the kingdom tour. i think that would be something fun you both could do. (or anyother tour)
it gives you a sneak peak behind the magic and it would be something that you both would enjoy! hope that gave you an idea! :goodvibes

Try and see Spectro magic, Illuminations and Wishes. They are all beautiful and romantic as well.

What about the Epcot Segway tour around World Showcase? DBF and I (22 and 23) have booked it for our November trip. Here's a link: http://www.allearsnet.com/btp/tours.htm#seg

Last December my husband surprised me with a fireworks cruise to see Wishes. We left from the Poly and the captain took us on a nice tour of Bay Lake in a spacious pontoon boat (it was only the 2 of us, when you book the boat it is just you, no sharing with others!!). It was still daylight when we left and the tour was filled with a lot of neat info. They had blankets for us (it was a little chilly when the sun went down) and snacks like popcorn, pretzels, etc as well as soda and bottled water. The captain will jockey to get you the best viewing spot possible. We had an awesome view. When the fireworks start the music also plays in the boat so you get the full experience. After the show the captain makes his way slowly back to the dock, they really go out of their way to make it as special as possible. HIGHLY reccomended!!

One of our best times was watching the fireworks from one of the beach hammocks at the Poly, just the two of us-our own private show. We had a bottle of champagne and some fruit from the snack bar. Afterwards the water parade comes by. In fact we got engaged not long after we got home from that trip!

Also everyone enjoys a ride in the nose of the monorail!

Good Luck!

My DBF and I have our second WDW trip together booked for December. (We're both 25.) We're planning on doing the Chip and Dale campfire at Fort Wilderness. They show a movie, so you can bring a blanket, cuddle up, and enjoy! Maybe we'll see you there!
