We are almost ready to send the packet back fedex. Do they notify us when we are true members?

Glad you got that notary thing worked out!

After we sent in the paperwork, they gave us a "projected" closing date. They did not call us on the actual closing date, but our papers came back a couple of weeks after that with the proper dates and signatures.

I think you've asked before, but you can start making reservations as soon as your guide gives you a member number. I know this has been a bit of a choppy road for you, but you will never regret this decision.
