They have new Disney hitch covers at Disney shopping.com. Just wanted to share with any fellow disers.

We just got the mickey head one that was on the discount clearance section and the mickey head fell off after about 2 weeks. We now need a new one LOL I calledf them and they would replace our current one but want to charge us shiping to send it back to us and sending it to Canada is going to cost me an additional 39 bucks US.

I've been wanting to buy a hitch cover for some time, but haven't found the right one yet. I noticed that somebody's trying to sell the Tinkerbelle one on ebay for $50!

So thanks for the disney shopping link. It's much cheaper. Hmmm, what are the chances dh will let me put Tinkerbelle on the back of the van? I may end up with Mickey ears after all.

I got the Mickey head last year. Love it, the only problem is that it is rusting. My dd keeps asking me if Mickey got burnt :confused3 .

My wife bought me a Mickey Icon hitch cover from a non-Disney site for Christmas year before last and it and all the parts are aluminum except the screws that hold it together. I believe they are stainless. So there has been no rust. I think she paid either $39.99 or $49.99 for it. I don't know for sure. I looked in the favorites where I thought she had saved it but couldn't find it. She found it after Disney had sold out of the $9.99 ones that they had on the first day the catelog came out in the fall of '04. Maybe if you google Mickey hitch plug you can find the same ones.
