Where is the best place tp buy annual passes,and can i use my dvc discount for the whole group or just my family?

There is no DVC discount on AP's. They may be purchased at guests services at each park or a voucher may be purchased at TDS and redeemed at any park. There is a Disney Club discount available (about 5%).

There is also a Premium AP- which includes PI and water parks- you'll need to do the math to determine if the extra expense is worth it for you.
