....Christmas Music

They were playing it in the mall yesterday, so I said to myself, 'if they can do it, so can I.' So first thing this morning I switched out all of my Hawaiian music CD's with Christmas music CD's. :) :) :)

It's really getting me 'in the mood' :) :) :)

Getting myself all psyched up...DO you think I need to get anymore excited?

Anyway, I was at the mall yesterday too, and yes, the CHristmas music was playing....

Maybe, I should start listening to some, but it seems weird to do it before Thanksgiving.... :rolleyes:

It is a little weird :rolleyes: before Thanksgiving, but I told myself that it was okay since I'm having to do a lot of Christmas things (like wrapping gifts and decorating) before DIS-Con. ;)

Besides, can you really ever get tired of Christmas music??? :)

I put up the Christmas tree last night... tonight I'm hanging the stockings and pulling out the Christmas dishes. I really have ZERO free time after this week so it's now or never.

Tom and I discussed this yesterday.. this weekend is it for putting up outside lights, because the following weekend we go to Foxwoods with another couple and then it is out to DisCon and we will be in FL for sometime..so it is now or never.. I have a little tree in the hallway decorated with fall fruits for Thanksgiving and then off comes the fruit and on with Christmas.. I put up many trees..I have my work cut out for me when I get back..

Tia, when you said Hawaiian songs, all I could think of was One Paddle, Two Paddle.. My Mother had that record and would play it all the time when she came back from Hawaii.. Yikes, I miss her.. It is always get touchy around the Holidays.. Hugs everyone.

I've been listening to the God Bless America CD lately. The Celine Dion rendition of "God Bless America" is simply amazing.

BUT, I did buy the new Mannheim Steamroller Christmas CD yesterday. Just haven't listened to it yet. It's gonna take me .... a trip to WDW ... to get me in the Christmas mood. Imagine that!

Boy, tough decision: Christmas music or Disney music! :eek: I love them both. I think Christmas is my favorite time of year, too. :D
Tia, when I think of Hawaiian music-all I think of is Don Ho and Tiny Bubbles. But, there is one other song that comes to mind-Lovely Hula Hands. My dad used to play that on Sundays. It's scary what I remember. ;)

You have to get the NOW Christmas CD. I listened to it today as I assembeled by 2 out of three trees. My DH wants to commit me.

I told him I have too much free time now that I don't have a vacation to plot and plan for. ;)

He said "book a cruise"! I am too nervous to put all the money down right now. I don't know why, not like me to hesitate to spend money:D

Actually, I hadn't even thought to play my Christmas music till I read this thread yesterday :)

We've been listening to a Tigger CD. It's GREAT!! It has a combination of rock songs, easy listening and even a rap song or too. I plan on purchasing the Official WDW parks CD while we are there.

I love Christmas time too. I actually collect Christmas ornaments. Everyone in my family knows that I'd rather have a Christmas ornament than an expensive gift any old day!!
