Hello,
Instigated by replies to a recent thread I thought I would share my ghost photo. It is in the window of an inn that is over 100 years old.
look on the second floor, second window from the left....

that is also the room we stayed in. The hotel is known to be haunted. Mentioned in two books that I know of. It was one of the first inns (or business) owned by woman in the mid to late 1800's.
We were there for a wedding reception. Accounts say that the lady ghost (not pictured) is pleased that people are still enjoying her Inn.

Here a a few of mine from New Orleans. We did not know what to think of what we saw in our pics. We first noticed a blue spot on images 6430-6432. I was upset because I thought I got a hot pixel. Then we noticed that it moved around a little, so a hot pixel did not make sense. We started looking closer and saw that there is also a little bit of a blue haze around the spot on 6430 and 6431. At this point we were a little freaked out. I then went to image 6429 and found it in a completely different location. Look in the upper right area above the man's shoulder where the balcony is. I will also add that this was all on a vampire tour! That man was our guide. That is know as a haunted house in the Quarter according to the guide.

Freaky!!!!!
Especially the face in the window. Hair raising indeed!!!
I love ghost tours. I wish I had time when I'm in California to do the Queen Mary ghost tours....they look so interesting.
I'm not sure I believe but the tours are always so morbid. hehehe Hey, HM is my fave ride at Disney!! (not so morbid but always fun)

I actualy took that pic a year after we were there for the reception. It was raining so I just shot it from the car. Then went home and looked through the pics looking for a ghost because I had read about the spectral history of the house. Imagine the chills I got finding (I call hime "the gordon's fisherman") this image when hoping to see a ghost! try that with film...

We still do not have an explanation for those spots. I also thought that someone might have been using some sort of laser pointer, but it just does not make sense. If there is any city in the US that really has a supernatural force, New Orleans is it.
The vampire tour we took started in front of the cathedral and went through the Quarter. We saw two different buildings that were in "Interview with the Vampire". It was well worth it if you are going to visit there.

Looking at it more closely you can make out a shirt with a collar, maybe a mustache and some kind of hat

Ukcatfan,
Sorry, but that's no ghost... the supernatural kind, anyway. That's a "flare" related to the light from the bright street lamp. It can be due to the lens' optical coating or in some cases the light with reflect off of your cameras' sensor, hit the back of the last lens element, and reflect back onto the sensor to create a ghost image.

ukcatfan,
Here's a link with some examples of what I'm talking about. Also, notice that the "blob" is roughly the same shape as the lamp: http://chris.quietlife.net/2006/07/28/reflections/

Cool pictures. A friend of mine has one similar to the one in the OP. It was taken at a family reunion after another family member was killed. Unmistakable face in the window.
Any more? :hmghost:
