I am making reservations for Jan and trying to decide if it is worth it for our family to upgrade to CLUB! Can someone please list usually the things that are included in the club lounge or any advantages to a club room over regular pool view. Thanks...

Hi there ...

I'm sitting in the Orlando airport waiting for our flight - we just spent a week at HRH/Club Level.

"Worth it" is a very personal question. I think it really depends on the individual.

Perks: Breakfast, snacks, hors'devours (I know I spelled that wrong) and desserts. Pop, water, coffee, milk, lemonade, liquor.

1/2 off cabana rental.

You get to act like a VIP when you stick your room key in the elevator slot when you go to the 7th floor.

We (me, DH & 2 DDs) used the heck out of the food offerings. We only went out to dinner once in a week and never for breakfast.

As far as the room itself, it's no different from a regular room. (Unless you happen to get a deluxe room - which is completely awesome and can be luck of the draw.)

Would we do Club Level again? Yep. But I don't think we necessarily saved any cash really.

That is so cool that you answering at the airport, I am glad you enjoyed your trip. If you don't mind sharing what did they offer food wise. My family is picking eaters and it would be worth it if we did not have to eat breakfast out but if they won't eat anything there than it is not worth it.

Still at the airport. :cool1:

My mind is pretty much mush after this vacation so let me see if I can come up with what they offered.

Breakfast was always the same:

Fruit, yogurt, bagels, cream cheese, crossaints, 3 (or so) different kinds of donuts, fruit pastries and about 6 different kinds of dry cereal.

Snacks were usually just chips or Doritos and cookies were always out.

Dinner stuff was stuff like salads, won tons, egg rolls, pan fried noodles, mini pizzas, stuffed mushrooms, cheese, crackers ... I have notes on everything and I'll try and include them in my trip report that I'll do in the next few days or so.

But please keep in mind that that this is not a kiss your heinie conceirge service. They're nice and pleasant of course, but they don't bend over backwards by any means.

If you have any more questions, just let me know.

Thanks for the food list!! I may look into the club level. My garbage cans (boys) will love that.
