I few years ago when we were stationed overseas a friend of mine would make a great dip with mostly corn and maybe cream cheese. There were a few other ingredients I can't remember. :confused3 But man I am craving it. :rolleyes1 She would use it for crackers such as wheat thins.
Anybody ever heard of something similar?

We use a block of cream cheese and a stick of butter melted together into a nice, smooth creamy mixture (ooh, it might just be half a stick of butter... try it that way, you can always add more if you think it needs it); add 2 cans of shoepeg corn and salsa to taste. This is good hot or room temp!
