Hi,
We'd love to do matching shirts for our upcoming Grand Gathering, but I also don't want to spend 200.00 on ink cartridges, either. There are 11 of us, and I was wondering how many shirts you get out of a new color cartridge? I have a lexmark all in one printer/scanner/copier and the ink is about 30 bucks a pop. Anyone have an idea of how many I can get out of one, and maybe an example of one you used and how many you got out of a cartridge?

Thanks

I just did 8 of them for our Grand Gathering and the ink cartridge was fine. The cartirdge was new in march if that helps you at all. I say go for it.

I made over 30 shirts and a whole lot of autograph pages. I have an HP printer with a black cartridge (15) and a single "color" cartridge (not separate magenta, cyan, yellow) (78). The black cartridge was almost new and the color cartridge was new when I started. I'm not even low on ink yet. I thought that it would take a lot more ink than it did. I printed all the shirt transfers on "best" and the autograph pages on "normal." The shirts were almost all 8.5" x 11" and were definitely not light on ink/colors.
