Q for anybody who has been to Dapper Dan's on Main St.

I'd like to go to Dapper Dan's during our trip. As we're unlikely to need actual cuts, can we still get the gel and glitter treatment on it's own?

I've never visited Dapper Dans, so I have tried to find out what they do. As yet, nowhere has mentioned anything about the glitter etc. Hopefully somebody else will know more. :)
