:cool1: For everyone on their 2 weekish ;) countdowns. Everyone trying to get things together for their trips? We are 3 adults so it is not so hard to get our act together but with the events today in the UK and US air travel I am thinking it will be the same in 2 weeks and major luggage issues need to be dealt with I did not want to check my new Vera Bradley duffle bag but looks like I will have to :guilty: can not wait to see how dirty it will get!
Getting excited for this trip, it is one for us to start things fresh ( m & D are in the process of separating it has been rough) I am giving my mother and sister this amazing time at the Grand Floridian to try to put the past 6 months behind us. Can not wait to write my trip report for everyone’s enjoyment hope others down at the same time fill the Dis in on their trip it will be interesting to see the world at the same time through another’s eyes.

We will be waking up at RPR and going to US/IOA and then checking into the Liki Tiki for two days and then 7 glorious days at Disney! Woohoo!

Go to the doctor TODAY, so if you need meds, you can get them and feel better before you leave. Drink PLENTY of fluids, hot ones help clear up the sinuses best, perferably decaffeinated (caffeine is dehydrating) and stay away from milk (which makes more mucus). Lots of water, seltzer, decaf teas, fruit juices...and gargle with hot salt water (it changes the pH level of your throat so germs can't live there). There's also a nasal spray sold OTC that is said to shorten the length of the common cold, but the name of it escapes me at this time. I'll try to get it and post for you later. It has worked for me (or maybe it's just the power of suggestion).

Good luck and feel better soon...better enough to be fighting me for space in line at Everest! :sunny:

We stayed at the GF once. Nice. This is the first time we'll be off site in quite a few years. The reason being is we're doing an 'Orlando' trip this time and only a few days at Disney....kind of an experiment. I hope we're not disapointed. We LOVE staying on site.
