Timing 'Ohana to EWP

What would be a good time for dinner at 'Ohana if we want to be done in time (9:00) to see EWP? Do we stand on the Poly beach to see it? Any tips would be appreciated as we've never seen this or eaten here before.

I would think a good time would be 7:00. You can stand on the beach or sit in one of the chairs.
