With the exception of Christmas and New Year's week, the cheapest is around $99 for Florida residents. If you go during the time between Christmas and New Year's, you're probably going to pay rack rates of around $200+.

Xmas-New Years is running in the mid$200s. Back in July I booked Dec 26/27 nonrefundable through a discounter, but even their price now is $250/night. Expensive time of year!

I booked 12/28-31 at $149 a night through www.180096hotel.com several months ago.

We booked through hoteldiscounts.com (same link as yours) in July for 12/26-27 and got it for the same price (altho all those taxes and extra charges add up). I went today to check for the 28th and it's showing $219.50. Bummer!
