Leaving on a Camping Trip to Sequoia & Yosemite

I'm so excited! :cool1:

We're leaving on Thursday for a week+ trip to Sequoia - tent camping from 8/10-16 and Yosemite - cabin life from 8/16-19. My ex sis-in-law & family are also going & her two rascals (ds6 & ds4) will be camping for the first time. This will also be the first time her dh will see Yosemite. I can hardly wait to lay eyes on that gorgeous valley!

So, in two nights we'll be sitting around the campfire, under the stars. I'll be sure to take pics & do a TR when we return. :sunny:

Have a wonderful and relaxing time. That trip is something I hope to take my kids on next summer. If it is not to much trouble can you report back where you stayed and any helpful hints for a novice tent camper.....
