Spring Break in San Diego

So I have finally decided on Spring Break in San Diego, my question is book now, or wait and see if it gets cheaper? I am picky about non-stop flights and where I want to stay which always precludes me getting really great deals....

When is your Spring Break? The school districts in this area traditionally have either the week before Easter off, the week after Easter off or both.

As far as airfare, I book when I make a decision to travel.
